Today, we have the pleasure of welcoming two delegations of Air Cadets from the United Kingdom and the United States as part of the International Air Cadet Exchange (IACE) program.
Accompanied by their instructors, they were also joined by Mr. Michel Côté and Canadian representatives from the Air Cadet League.
I was impressed to learn that the first international air cadet exchanges date back to 1950!
The Air Cadet League of Canada is an organization with the mission of sparking the interest of young people aged 12 to 18 in aviation and aerospace, while promoting an active and healthy lifestyle and fostering responsible and engaged citizens within their communities.
