Today, we unveiled a new plaque that marks an important milestone for the institution and, I hope, for all of Quebec society.
This concrete gesture honors all the women who, throughout history, have paved the way with courage and determination.
Their legacy inspires this moment where our institutions evolve to better reflect a dynamic Quebec, valuing equally the contribution of each and every one.
“In First Nations, every decision is made with the next seven generations in mind. This plaque carries a message for the future: to you, ladies and young women, your place is wherever your ambitions and dreams take you. You can not only access these spaces, but you can also excel in them!”
A heartfelt thank you to those present today and to everyone who contributed to making this moment a reality.
Together, let’s build a society where every voice counts and finds its place.
Wela’lioq! Thank you!
