Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. David L. Cohen, the U.S. Ambassador in Québec, during an enriching and warm exchange at the U.S. Consulate General in Québec.
In the evening, I also had the honor of attending a cocktail evening aboard the USS Carney to mark a very important date for the United States, their Independence Day.
These exchanges reflect our shared commitment to constructive diplomacy and strengthening our relations with our neighbors and friends to the south.
