I was very excited to participate in the Québec Naval Rendez-vous!
The crews of these ships contribute to science, environmental preservation, and rescue operations, in addition to being symbols of protection for each of our countries.
Furthermore, I was delighted to learn that the Royal Canadian Navy ships patrolling the Arctic are heavily involved in building relationships with northern communities by pairing different ships with different Inuit regions and actively creating opportunities for collaboration and exchange.
