What a busy day!!
It all started with a refreshing and revitalizing morning at the celebrations for National Indigenous Peoples Day at Laval University!
We were treated to a beautiful ceremony and a host of cultural activities accompanied by the sound of drums, rich in color and vibrant with energy, all in a healthy, concrete, and engaged atmosphere of reconciliation.
I commend the team at Laval University, who fully invested themselves to make this day a memorable event.
In the evening, we had the privilege of attending the grand show of the Kwe! Festival: Meeting of Indigenous Peoples.
The atmosphere was filled with kindness and reconciliation, creating a deep connection between Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities.
Thank you to everyone who participated and made this event possible.
