On July 27th, I had the honor of meeting the participants of the Carcajou program, and also had the privilege of giving them a workshop on leadership.
Today, after six weeks of perseverance, I also had the pleasure of attending the graduation of this Canadian Armed Forces summer camp, which is without a doubt, part of a reconciliation process.
The Carcajou Camp allowed young participants to take on remarkable challenges and discover new aspects of themselves.
Dear graduates, each of you can be proud of what you have accomplished.
The moments of self-surpassing that you experienced are the very foundations of leadership.
Continue to follow your river, trust the current, your abilities, and transform obstacles into opportunities for growth.
