Tonight, we celebrate Indigenous cuisine, an ancestral art that unites us around the values of sharing, harmony, and kinship.

This gathering, born of an inspiring collaboration between the U.S. Consulate General, the Kwé! Festival, the Hôtel-Musée des Premières Nations, and La Traite Restaurant, brought together Wendat Executive Chef Anora Lia Collier and Apache-Navajo Executive Chef Nephi Craig from Arizona.

A unique moment bridging East and West, nations and flavors, to forge deep connections and savor the richness of local lands.
